Laura Manvell
Laura is an established and popular Celebrant across Essex. Her introduction to Celebrancy was writing and delivering the Eulogy for her own father. She holds this memory close and aims to delivery the same care and attention to every funeral, celebration of life and ashes ceremony she does. Many of Laura’s services are from personal recommendations, people who have attended one of her ceremonies or from repeat family business.
Laura provides a truly bespoke service whether your loved one was an introvert or extrovert, family or friend, sofa-lover or athlete she will help uncover the memories and paint the picture of their true character, life and loves.
Laura’s rich life experience having lived and worked in many places from Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Europe and even within the Artic Circle means that she is equally comfortable to tailor your service to any faith, belief system or none at all. Her career includes owning and running scuba diving centres, recruitment, events, working with the sight impaired and volunteering for the charity Mind.
